About your workplace
This role will concentrate on consolidating consumer behavior and market trends data, effectively placing them in Digital Business teams core processes to be leveraged, while also building the infrastructure and tools necessary to support the entire market insights function. Digital Commercial Market Insights Manager will ensure that insights are accurate, accessible and actionable.Your Responsibilities

In close collaboration with internal departments, transform market data into actionable insights that drive business impact

Analyze and synthesize third-party data sources, converting complex information into clear, actionable insights for business teams

Build strong relationships across teams and markets, ensuring insights are understood, adopted, and lead to meaningful change

Lead deep dives with stakeholders, proactively identify market shifts, and communicate findings in compelling, accessible ways

Develop and refine tools and processes for sharing intelligence, fostering a culture of curiosity, learning, and collaboration

Monitor competitor activity, anticipate market trends, and recommend strategies to gain advantage
