Your Responsibilities

In close collaboration with internal departments, drive the implementation and governance of the digital commercial strategy, ensuring it is embedded throughout the organization

Build and coordinate with Digital Business teams through a robust operating model to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure harmonized execution across all markets

Facilitate central communication initiatives to create a clear, unified narrative on how Digital Business teams support markets in achieving eCommerce goals

Host strategic roundtables and commercial meetings to align central and market-level strategies and foster collaboration

Partner with the Digital Intelligence Specialist to ensure market insights flow smoothly across teams and are accessible for decision-making

Organize deep dives with retailers and market stakeholders to understand needs and integrate these insights into business workflows

Champion the development and ongoing refinement of collaboration and communication frameworks to support efficient execution of eCommerce strategies
What we are looking for

Strong background in coordinating and supporting strategy execution, with experience in bringing cross-functional teams and projects together

Proven experience in implementing and governing strategy across diverse teams and projects

Exceptional soft skills including influence, stakeholder management, communication, adaptability, empathy, and conflict resolution

Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment

Ability to embed strategy into daily operations and link initiatives to strategic priorities
