About your workplace
Optimize and automate content workflows by mapping customer journeys, identifying gaps, and implementing scalable solutions through content related technology tools (e.g. Aprimo), in collaboration with the respective MarTech and ContentTech business owners, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality content delivery across channelsDrive performance and continuous improvement by overseeing production, analyzing data and automation outcomes, and translating insights into actionable enhancements that increase efficiency, engagement, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Journey Mapping Analysis, Planning & Governance

Audit and document content touchpoints across all channels, identifying gaps and opportunities.

Collaborate with channel leads to align on customer needs, technical specs, and brand guidelines.

Guide & govern channel content teams in planning & producing consumer centric content, which is coherent & consistent across all channel content touchpoints.
Automation & Requirements

Evaluate existing content workflows to flag high impact automation candidates (e.g., auto tagging, variant generation, template rendering).

Focus specifically on how content variations are integrated into channels, and articulate requirements..

Identify and write clear user stories. Guide & collaborate with relevant stakeholders on technical specs for Aprimo configurations and MarTech integrations.
Production Management

Brief, oversee, and quality check channel content agency partners to deliver channel ready assets on time and on budget.

Coordinate with the lead in house Platforms & Processes team to build, test, and deploy automation rules in Aprimo in a support role.
Data & Insights

Gather and synthesize performance data (engagement, conversion, efficiency gains) from Google Analytics, CRM, DAM logs, etc.

Create recommendations to improve content effectiveness.

Build and maintain intuitive dashboards to track time to publish, error rates, content usage, and business impact.
Continuous Improvement

Monitor automation outcomes and iterate: optimize metadata schemas, rendition presets, and workflow triggers

Share learnings and best practices in monthly “Content Automation” syncs with stakeholders.
Competencies/Skills for position
The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.

3+ years in content operations, marketing automation, or digital project management—ideally within premium or e commerce brands.

Proven track record of mapping customer journeys and defining end to end content workflows.

Hands on with a DAM platform (Aprimo or similar) and MarTech tools (email builders, CMS, analytics).
-
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and project plans.
-
Data driven mindset: comfortable mining, aggregating, and visualizing data in dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management: clear, concise, and collaborative.
-
Detail oriented with a passion for process optimization and automation.
